Hotel Nettuno's restaurant received the certification of the Italian Celiac Association (AIC) for the attention paid to guests with an intolerance to gluten. According to data released by the Celiac Association (, one person out of hundred suffers from this type of food intolerance. Therefore it is important to pay attention to these persons' dietary needs and to protect their health by offering special menus suitable to their disease made with gluten-free ingredients and prepared to avoid potential gluten contamination.
